Freshly Milled 100% Extraction (100% Whole Grain) Rye Flour
Our new crop 2021 Rye was grown in Sonoma County by Farmer Mai Nguyen, using regenerative farming practices. Their rye has exceptionally rich, malty, tangy flavor and mills to a very fine particle size. It adds interest and complexity to not only breads but pastries as well. Take the leap and create 100% Rye breads, or use smaller percentages in pastries to give them that certain je ne sais quoi!
