Our California Hard Red wheat is out of stock until harvest 2021. Instead of being sad, we’re seizing the opportunity to do some wheat exploration! First up: Ruby Lee hard red wheat, grown in Oklahoma and finding new life as whole grain bread flour here in Los Angeles! Mills to a very fine particle size, with excellent bread baking ability and sweet, nutty flavor.
